Auto-inoculation?: Transfer of infection to a new area of the body is called auto-inoculation. It is very rare with syphilis, but might happen once in a while. Chancre of the mouth is uncommon and probably your tongue ulcer (or whatever you have noticed) isn't syphilis. But if you've possibly been at risk, don't take chances: see a doctor and get tested. Autoimmune disease makes no difference one way or the other.
