At 6 months i did a 4th gen combo w/reflex test and a hiv 1 rpc qualitative both came out negative! It was a high exposure with a worker girl. Is it conclusive or do I need more testing? And does it overule symptoms?

Negative with 4th gen reflex w/ a hiv semi quanti- of 0.35 at 22 days when I was sick in the ER and thought it could be hiv. I did oraquick swab test at 5.5 weeks and got negative. 9 weeks later I did another oraquick and got negative. Am I clear?
