Ive done test hiv combo 4th gen (cmia) in 3, 5 and 8 weeks after possible exposure and the results are non reactive. is it conclusive, or do i need to retest again?

The HIV AgAb (4th generation, "combo") tests are conclusive 6 weeks or more after the last possible exposure. You do not need any more testing.
