Heal before yr meal: make sure all areas are healed and closed up so food doesn't get into the extraction sites. this could take ten or more days. make sure you go back your dentist too check on how your healing.

It depends: If you are healing well and do not have pain or swelling it should be OK as long as you don't over do it. If the Extractions were difficult, wait to see your doctor (usually 10 days following surgery) to advise you.
