I randomly get a cold feeling on my forehead and nose, and it can last anywhere from a few minutes to over an hour. feels like i put a bag of ice on my face. could this be a side effect of bells palsey? i had bells 22 years ago?

Neurological: There are a variety of nerves running along the sides of your face. Any burning, cold, tingling, painful jolt, or crawling sensation could be the result of improper stimulation of this nerve = parasthesia. If this is a recurring sensation or you have strange sensations in multiple areas, it might be time to see a neurologist. They can do nerve testing and determine the underlying cause.
