I had a fall 7 days ago, and got a concussion. three days after the fall i had a ct scan that came out clear. today i felt a sudden cold feeling on that side of my head, like icy hot was put on my head. should i go back?

Altered sensation over the area of traumatic contact is likely a localized scalp phenomenon and is unlikely to represent intracranial issues. Since you appear concerned, would phone your doctor's office and report your status. Most likely, you will achieve a full recovery.
