No: Lifting toddlers can be tricky during pregnancy, but it should not be too much of a problem. Remember to lift correctly with the legs not the back, and be careful to maintain good balance and posture.

Probably yes: While it important to be active in pregnacy, you should avoid heavy lifting while pregant, do not overtax your body, but remain active. Walking is excellent.
