I have just done a blood test and have insulin resistance. is there medication i can take for this and how can i reverse the condition?

Need more info: What test was done? What was the result? If you are even slightly overweight, lose 10% of body weight and exercise at least 150 minutes/week. Taking drugs may be easy but is not a substitute for changing your health habits. Wish you good health!
