Breathing difficult: If you are struggling to breath get medical evaluation now. In the US, pulse oximeters are available through drug stores, pharmacies and on line.

Go to Emergency Room: If you are struggling to breathe go to the Emergency Room of a hospital. If you don't have transportation call the police dept. for an ambulance.
