Urgent Exam!: A GI virus, food poisoning & COVID-19 are among considerations as possible causes of your son's vomiting & diarrhea. I therefore suggest that you get your son to an Urgent Care Center as quickly as possible for an exam & proper treatment. The sooner your son is evaluated & treated the better. I hope for the best for the health of your son!
