Probiotics: Try an elimination diet, take off gluten and dairy for 2-4 weeks and see if it your symptoms improve. Start probiotics, a good brand, the stronger potency, the better, at least 50 billions of mixed Lactobacillus and Bifidobacteria. Also, try to avoid digestive irritants, like soda, alcohol, citrus juice etc. Please, see Gastro if not better.
