my 9 month old baby has the gastro virus it's been 2 days he has diarrhoea with no vomiting dr said to stop milk he won't have his solids he's hungry?

Formula is fine.: Your little fellow needs fluids. It is fine to continue formula or breast milk when a child has diarrhea. Pedialyte is another option as is water with some fruit juice for flavor. He'll need lots of tender loving care.
