Can i get a doctors note for work for some horrible stomach issues i was dealing with this week and if so whats the best way?

GP: Your doc would be in best position to assess and decide if a note would be appropriate in your case. Always remember that symptoms have to be reported as early as aware, otherwise notes cannot be issued retroactively based on hearsay. Objective evidence is also needed, such as temperature, rash, etc in order to substantiate the note and for legal purposes.
