I know this may sound weird but i was out sick with the stomach flu for four days.now work is requiring a note to come back from a doctor. is that something i can do here?

No: If you have a primary that knows you or one that you called about this condition then they would be best suited for a letter. No doctor on a forum like this would write a letter saying that so and so was out for four days with stomach flu having no previous exam during your illness. Try and tell the office that you had a stomach virus you were to ill to go to work but not enough to require an MD

No: Sorry we cannot provide a note for work. Please call to be seen by your regular doctor and get a note from him/her
