What is meant by positive trop t 21ng/l?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

High troponin: Elevated troponin levels are an indication of heart muscle injury. While not a 100% certainly that a heart attack or myocardial infarction has occurred or is impending, when interpreted in the context of characteristic symptoms of a heart attack, it's pretty convincing evidence. Troponin leaks can occur in other critical care cases such as kidney damage but tropinin level may not be as high.
