Barbituates: Barbituates are an old kind of drug. I am surprised that a test would be not more specific to the new versions of addictive sedatives. Voltaren (diclofenac) is not a sedative and I don't believe that Caffetin is going to cause any false positive. But, Barbituates, if they are looking for benzos are notorious on urine testing to be falsely positive and there is a verification process in most drug screening.
