As long as you are not experiencing any symptoms (like shortness of breath, chest pain, lightheadedness, etc.) then this low heart rate is ok. There is no treatment for an asymptomatic low heart rate. If you are having any symptoms, see your doctor. Are there any other times your heart rate is less than 60 with or without symptoms? Your doctor will want to know that as well. Good luck!
