Post covid(2 months ago). feeling occasional palpitations but improving over time. 24 hr cardiac holter showed 1 episode non sustained svt x 4 beats at 142bpm. no pauses.could this be transient from covid? how serious?very stressed lately.ekg normal?

Your monitor seemed to demonstrate only mild atrial irritability with just one 4 beat run. I assume there were predominantly single atrial premature beats mostly. In the absence of EKG abnormalities I doubt significant cardiac involvement by the covid infection. Stress & overactive thyroid may cause atrial irritability, but you should avoid excess intake of caffeine & alcohol. ?See Cardiologist

Only time will tell. Discuss with your local Drs who have experience in folks like you taking all the meds you may be taking.
