I was diagnoised with schizo effective and ptsd and psychosis. i don't have any kind of medication any more. i dont have insurance at the moment. is there anything i can get a prescription for that will help calm my mind down?

Can he be discharged: Take good history, make sure that patient is not in danger to himself or others, ask about his previous medication, and if it was helping, can he afford to buy them. If he can't or not safe for discharge, to arrange to get him admitted, otherwise I can give him two weeks supply of Abilify, Prazosyn or Lithium, arrange for outpatient follow up with community psych facility.
