Start with BMI: Start by calculating your BMI at the NIH site for example. The current ideal range for BMI is anywhere between 18.5 and 25. If in range, no worries you are at ideal weight.!If out of the range you may need to gain or lose so that you get in the range.

The BMI calculator or chart can give u a range that is considered normal. Lower limits of normal BMI of 18.5 is 98 pounds for you. Upper limits of normal is 24.9 which is 132 pounds. I recommend staying away from both of these “extremes of normal” for instance u shouldn’t aim for 132 pounds and a borderline overweight BMI of 24.9. Instead a healthier goal is a BMI around 22 and 117 lb for 5’1”
