Ideal weight: Body composition is even more important that weight. You could have an ideal weight , but if your body fat percentage is high, that is not healthy. I recommend you find a way to check your body composition. You can plug your height and weight into polic actions online and find out your BMI, but that will give misleading results for many since it only takes into account height and weight.

Your best weight is what looks and feels right to you, when you are able to take part in physical exercise successfully at a level competitive with your peers or above. It's good that you ask, and I hope you'll focus on a healthy lifestyle all around rather than a number.
