Hello, under my left rib, ive begun to experience some pain, im not sure if stretching helps, but it is usually not present when i wake up and gradually begins to set in during the day. it could be rob flares, appendicitis or a hernia, not sure p?

Self diagnosis: Self diagnosis can be quite dangerous, For example you have asked if your upper left abdominal quadrant pain could be appendicitis.Te appendix is located in the lower right abdominal quadrant.
