Been given antibiotics and eardrops for ear and fungal infection. taken the medicine accordingly. it has been the 3rd day and still feeling pain around the ear. although it is less painful and less frequent then before. is that normal?

Continue use: Avoid immersion in water, continue the medication as prescribed. It appears to be treating the infection, but if symptoms worsen, please see your PCP.
