I received two rabies immunoglobulin shots in my left and right buttocks. 12 hours later i woke up with slight tingling/pain in both of my legs and feet. is it possible this is from temporary inflammation of my buttocks or nerve damage from shot?

PCP: These symptoms are likely to be due to the vaccination and a reaction. A vaccine reaction may diminish with time, but if there is worsening, please see your PCP. Your PCP should be called to review these symptoms.
