What if i get sick with a cold during my rabies post exposure course, will this hinder the antibody production to rabies if my body is also fighting the cold?

Unlikely: Viral Infections such as measles and chicken pox may hinder immune response (antibody production) to rabies vaccination. However, viruses often implicated in "cold," namely rhino- and adenovirus are not known to exert such an effect.
