Didn't say so: In medicine there are no guarantees. The guidelines offered about rabies boosters tend to be aggressive based on the fact there has never been a normal survivor. When consulting the reference systems there is usually a hedge, an out, based on the fact we cannot predict every response in every patient. I would consider the level protective for a minor exposure, but it's not my life on the line.
