Requires examination: orthopedic exam and imaging as well as antiinflammatory therapy, You may have an Achilles tendon cyst which may require excision or aspiration. The calf pain is worrisome and I suggest a venous doppler ( ultrasound) of your left lower leg with comparison to the right leg.
