Neurologist : These symptoms may not be serious but definitely should be evaluated by a neurologist. L’Hermitte’s sign can be a sign of MS but also of many other things (including B12 deficiency) & the balance issue may or may not be related but a good thorough neurology exam can help guide the evaluation & any treatment
