See your Dr ASAP: A 2 week old who is throwing up after each feeding needs to be evaluated by their Dr in person. Call their office and ask to be seen today. Most Pediatricians have same day appointments for urgent issues. It could just be reflux, but it could also be pyloric bands/ stenosis or intestinal issues
