3 months post MD : Once your OB MD performs a 2 week post miscarriage exam and determines there are no complications such as infection or residual fetal tissue, most would recommend waiting at least 3 months. Check with your OB MD to confirm or not this information for your individual medical situation. You need time to replenish nutrients & red blood cells lost at the miscarriage for best future conception results.
