Anytime : Greetings. Pregnancy can occur anytime after a miscarriage including the next time you ovulate within the month. Since you have had two miscarriages, I recommend a visit to you doctor or OB for a full exam and blood work. Sometimes treatable underlying conditions can be present that make a woman susceptible to miscarriages. Best regards.
