Must I wait?: As a rule, i ask my patients to wait for one normal cycle before trying again. Technically there is no requirement to wait before trying again after miscarriage assuming there were no complications.

Wait 3 months: You would wait 3 months. If you get pregnant too soon after a miscarriage, your body hasn't healed and your chances for another miscarriage are increased.
