Boil/abscess: You get boils or abscesses in that location not pimples. The closer they are to the anus the more likely they can recur or be associated with a connection inside your large intestine. If heat can bring it to drain & it self heals you will be lucky. Many require office surgical drainage when they fail to heal or become large.
