I first had painful small pimples and then it started looking like a boil but a small one, i then squeezed it an a worm came out of it, i had 3 of them and in all 3 of them worms came out l, what could this be and should i be worried?

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. What you perceived to be worms may have been thick discharge. It is more likely that you have folliculitis and it would be prudent to see a doctor for a proper diagnosis and treatment.
