Skin on hands, face, stomach is swallen in a few places, raised, almost appears like allergic reaction, heaves, rush like, dry to touch. lasts for weeks, gets better and then worse again. only in 3-4 places. what could cause this?

Allergic reaction: You may be experiencing an allergic reaction. Take an antihistamine for the next two weeks, daily. Avoid exposure to plant oils, fragrance and harsh soap. Use a baby eczema lotion and caladryl lotion to affected areas a few times per day. Please follow up with your PCP or by Healthtap video consult.
