Ct-left lower abdomen hazy vague increased attenuation in mesentery lateral to loops of small bowel. could this be adhesions from surgery year ago or what could it mean?

Yes: Minor complications 1 year post surgery are not uncommon. This is due to the development of adhesions in the small bowel mesentery following surgery. The adhesions causing intermittent slight twisting in small bowel depending on response to diet can and do cause symptoms that you are now experiencing.
