See a Dr : Redness of the sclera (white) of the eye is typical in dry eye syndrome, eye allergies, overuse of contact lenses, eye trauma, lack of sleep/exhaustion/anxiety and occasionally when the entire sclera is involved- Infection. Some of these can be treated at home with rest and soothing eye drops. Infections and Allergies should be evaluated by a Dr.
