Could be jaundice?: Yellow Sclera can be due to High Bilirubin, a pigment handled by the liver. So you need a medical check up of your liver. Any physician can run liver function tests(Liver profile) to look into this matter. If you are tired, it could be liver related or due to anemia, so a CBC along with Liver functions can give you/your doctor a pretty good idea about your health for a start.
