Medical evacuation: Your description sounds like a soft tissue mass is located associated with the Achilles tendon on both feet. It is very unusual to see something like this on both feet. I would still have it evaluated because you do not want to guess when it comes to masses of the body. A pair of shoes could cause something like this if you are irritating the Achilles’ tendon
