I had a leep procedure done in august of 2018. i have since not had any insurance for any follow up appointments. i had hgsil but the biopsy came back as negative margins for dysplasia. is this urgent or can i wait until open enrollment in february?

Can wait: What you described is not an urgent matter and you may wait to February. Take HPV vaccine to protect yourself against other HPV strains. Wish you good health!
