A member asked:

Does oligodendroglioma reoccur after 6 years of rapid arc radiotherapy ? it was a grade 2 tumor and was operated in 2009 and reoccurred once in 2013 and got radiotherapy in 2014 ?

Primary brain tumors, especially gliomas, have unpredictable courses, and may go into remission for years, but sadly, may recur in spite of prior successful therapeutic interventions. It is technically very difficult to remove the tumor in total, and we are yet to find curative chemotherapy or radiation, in most cases. An oncologist should be part of the team.
