Neurosurgeon out there? i did an mri for non specific symptoms and basically it was normal but they found like a small arachnoid cyst. does this mean anything or is it dangerous? are mri scans definite or no theres a chance that like its a tumor?

MRI of the brain: MRI is usually pretty good at identifying brain cancer. If symptoms worsen over time, reconsult your doctor .
