With the current variants, it is possible to get Covid without fever. Common symptoms of Covid with omicron sub variants include cough, sore throat and runny nose. Fever was present in about 40%. It might help to connect with your provider for a history exam and possible Covid or other virus tests if you are unable to perform a couple home tests. Hope you feel better soon.
