I have pcos and always assumed that the uncomfortable pains, bloating and lower back pain was mainly because of that, i recently researched rectal prolapse because of the obvious abnormality i felt down there - is it cause for concern?

Rectal Prolapse: Rectal Prolapse causes a very obvious finding on Exam. You should see your PCP to discuss this concern. They can easily do a very quick exam to see if this is indeed Rectal prolapse.
