I have a healthy 1 year baby.i ve noticed a hard nodule like thing beneath the skin on his leg. its been there for some months. it cant be seen . it is only felt and it is fixed. what is it?

Difficult to assess: Difficult to assess without an in person physical exam and a full history. If it is on his thigh near where the vaccines are typically given, it may be a Painless Inflammatory Lump. This lump is harmless and will disappear in about 2 months. Otherwise, it would be good to have a Dr evaluate this.
