Yes: Dupuytren's disease ( fibrotic bands of the palm) is loosely associated with the development of syringomyelia (cyst formation within the spinal cord. There is no one to one correlation. The development of neurological signs in a person with duputren's should get evaluated by neurologist and probably get an mr iof spine.
