Musculoligamentous: Most likely, at your age, it is musculoligamentouss (muscle/ligament); however, other more serious causes can be a source. If this has persisted greater than 24 hours or if worsening, you should see your physician to check ribs, lungs , and heart. Trying an anti acid , to see if relief,also may give you an answer
