What does recovery look like in stroke ? i got " cva large mca infarct ,l hemiplegia, no recovery so far. after 5 weeks ( stroke happened on 8/25 ) , there is high amount of irrelevant talking and restlessness. there is no good sleep in night time?

Delirium: Symptoms suggest delirium that is a poor prognosis sign post stroke. Meds and other conditions such as infections or metabolic are commonly involved. Make sure the patient gets to be examined by his treating neurologist and ask for palliation of symptoms.
