I have a 7 mnths old baby boy and breastfeeding but my problem is i cant get hindmilk for him only foremilk everyday. no matter how much i pump before and after feed. he is so gassy n grumbling stomach. pls help me to get to that hindmilk for my baby?

Feed after you pump : Hindmilk is by definition the last part of the milk in your breast, so pumping first would seem to be the only way to get your baby hindmilk
