Sure could be!: Sounds like you may well have a UTI. If you have back pain, fever (100.1 or more) or vomiting, though, it may be a kidney infection and you need to get seen right away, if that is the case. Otherwise you need to get checked byyour PCP or at an Urgent Care w/in 24-48 hours, because you may need an antibiotic, Check your temp twice a day till your symptoms are all gone and any medication completed

Can a yeast infection cause nausea, malaise & lower abdominal discomfort on top of the vaginal itching & discomfort? There's no frequency, burning during urination, or foul smell, so I assume it's not a UTI...?
